Generally, the valve block requires a mounting surface

The valve block needs to be provided with a mounting surface. Generally, the lower surface is the mounting surface. The four surfaces adjacent to the mounting surface should have a height from the mounting surface when placing the valve block to facilitate the installation of hydraulic valves or joints.


When the main-stage channel is connected with multiple plug-ins, in order to reduce the pressure loss, generally the center line of the socket should be tangent to the main-stage channel wall, or the channel diameter can be increased, and the channel diameter must comply with JB/T5963. The external oil port of the main port should generally be flanged, and SAE flange (SAEJ518) is generally used.


The diameter of the pilot hole should be consistent with the national standard GB2877. The manufacturers of the external port valve block of the pilot hole generally adopt threaded connection (the threaded connection should comply with GB2878). The process hole should be plugged with a screw plug, and the screw plug thread should comply with the national standard GB2878. The main port and important pilot ports need to be set with detection ports to detect the working parameters of the hydraulic circuit. The detection ports are generally equipped with quick-connect function joints.


The valve block is provided with screw holes for lifting to facilitate lifting and transportation.


After the scheme design, it is determined that the electro-hydraulic servo control system is composed of machine, electricity, and hydraulic. The command signal issued by the automatic control system is compared with the actual position signal of the oil cylinder in the servo controller, and the error signal is amplified and sent to the electricity Hydraulic servo valve, the servo valve converts the electric signal into hydraulic oil flow proportionally to push the oil cylinder to move. The feedback signal from the position sensor of the oil circuit block keeps changing until it is equal to the command signal, the oil cylinder stops moving, that is, stops at the specified position Above, it is through the calm leaf that stabilizes at this opening. The linear motion of the oil cylinder is transformed into a rotary motion of the valve plate through a set of cranks, which changes the working angle of the valve plate or the stator blade. The above analysis shows that with the continuous change of the system signal, the opening of the transparent vane will also continue to change, and through the change of the opening of the vane, the purpose of controlling the number of revolutions, controlling the gas flow, and controlling the turbine output is achieved.
