Explanation of several important cnc processing terms

What is pulse equivalent, positioning accuracy, repeat positioning accuracy, FMC, FMS, CIMS in cnc processing?

(1) Pulse equivalent: refers to the smallest distance that can be distinguished between two adjacent scattered details, which is an important accuracy index (pulse equivalent: the distance that the coordinate axis moves for each pulse sent by the CNC machine tool)

(2) Positioning accuracy: the accuracy of the actual position reached by moving parts such as the worktable of the index-controlled machine tool at the determined end point (3) Repeated positioning accuracy: refers to processing a batch of parts with the same program and the same code on the same CNC machine tool. The degree of consistency of the consecutive results obtained

(3) FMC: Flexible Manufacturing Ce11, flexible manufacturing cell (5) FMS: Flexible Manufacturing System, flexible manufacturing system (6) CIMS: Computer Integrated Manufacturing System, computer integrated manufacturing system
