What is the principle of hydraulic valve block

(Hydraulic valve for short) is a control element in the hydraulic system, used to control the pressure, flow and flow direction of the fluid in the hydraulic system, so that it can meet the requirements of different actions of various actuators.

[**]ccording to their functions, hydraulic control valves can be divided into three categories: directional control valves, pressure control valves and flow control valves. [**]ccordingly, these valves can form three basic circuits: direction control circuit, pressure control circuit and speed control circuit. [**]ccording to different control methods, hydraulic valves can be divided into ordinary hydraulic control valves, servo control valves, and proportional control valves. [**]ccording to different installation forms, hydraulic valves can be divided into tube type, plate type and cartridge type.

The two-way cartridge valve consists of four parts: cartridge, control cover, pilot control valve and integrated block.

1. Cartridge-also known as the main cutting assembly, it consists of four parts: valve core, valve sleeve, spring and sealing ring. The main function is to control the direction, pressure and flow of the main oil circuit.

2. Control cover-It is composed of a miniature pilot control element (throttle screw plug) and other parts embedded in the cover. It is mainly used to fix the plug-in parts and ensure the seal; to communicate the connection between the control oil circuit and the main felling control chamber, and to implement control.

3. The pilot control valve—installed on the control cover (or directly installed on the integrated block), is a smaller size control valve that implements the action control of the main felling cartridge. Mainly there are standard solenoid directional valves with ¢6 and ¢10 pain diameters, proportional pressure regulating valves, adjustable dampers, buffers, etc. For the larger main cutting, the smaller two-way cartridge valve can be used for secondary control as required. Solenoid valves in compliance with ISO and national standards can be installed interchangeably with similar products at home and abroad.
